My patterdal terrier has been having spells where he spins in circles pants rapidly and gets seriously aggregated to the point he bit me when trying to settle him seems worse at night but can happen any time plz help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 24 lbs
