My senior dog with a UTI isn't peeing for 8 hours. Is this normal?

I have a 15 y/o dog that had a UTI. She has been on Baytril since Sunday and will go like 8 hours without peeing. She is drinking water. The vet said her kidney levels were slightly elevated. Is it normal for her to go that long without peeing? I'm concerned because she is an old girl. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 34 lbs

That is a bit of time to go without peeing, but it's good Sugar is going at least once a day and isn't going frequently from the UTI. It's also good that she is drinking water. I wouldn't be too worried.
