My dog barked wildly after eating. Could this stress cause bloat?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 40 lbs

Hi. My dog ate her dinner not too long ago. she had about 3/4ths of a cup of dry food. We usually split her food up so she has a cup in the morning the 3/4ths at night. Tonight, 10 mins or so after she ate, she was sitting by the front door. A small dog came running up to my door and my dog started freaking out and barking and going crazy. Would this cause bloat? She seems to be acting okay right now but I’m always so worried about that kinda of stuff.

No this wouldn't cause bloat. Bloat honestly is a spontaneous flipping of the stomach that happens randomly and typically occurs in large breed deep chested dogs such as Great Danes. It often occurs after running or excessive play. And it causes your pet to not be able to stand (lateral recumbency), excessive panting, excessive vomiting, and labored breathing, so if Kita is acting normal then she is fine. I hope that things work out well for your pet Kita moving forward. Take care : )
