My dog has sudden red spots on its stomach. Should I go to the vet?

I have three dogs who suddenly have red spots on their stomachs. Do you think I should just wait it out or go to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 12 lbs

Unfortunately, these spots look like bruising and therefore, there could be an issue with clotting which could be an emergency. I would take them all to the vet if they all have these type of spots. They could have gotten into some type of rat poison somewhere and need immediate treatment. Your vet will be able to take a closer look at the red spots and recommend the appropriate diagnostics and treatment. I hope this helps!
