It is not common for antibiotics to cause hair fall. It is not impossible, but it is not likely. Are you sure it's not just normal shedding? Excessive normal shedding can happen at any time they are sick and will usually resolve on it's own once the dog is well. I would suggest you put her on a probiotic and a good multivitamin.
