My dog has a red, hairless bump on his paw. Should I be concerned?

I have a 2 year old American bulldog. He has a bump on his paw about as big around as a dime and it’s really red and has no hair. Should I be concerned? He is very aggressive towards people he doesn’t know so it’s hard to get him to a vet. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | neutered | 2 years and 6 months old | 150 lbs

This is most likely a histiocytoma which is benign tumor that will often times regress on it's own. However, I cannot diagnose over the internet so there is no way for me to know this for sure just by looking at a photo.
