How to give ear medicine to a cat and rebuild trust after struggles?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 7.5 lbs

HI, My 13yr old female cat is on Transdermal Methimazole, 5mg, 2x day, by syringe. However, my cat won't let me near her to apply this to her ear!!! I now have broken the trust

Cats can be so hard to give medications to sometimes! They are total pains. Do you have someone who can help you? Someone to hold Kasper and offer her treats while you apply the medication. Leave out special food like boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in an attempt to get her to trust you again.
