Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Blood in the urine can be indicative of a urinary tract infection, stones within the bladder or urethra, or even cancer of the bladder. I recommend having Bluebell seen by your veterinarian as soon as they have an appointment available. Your veterinarian can perform a urinalysis to see if an infection is present, and may recommend x-rays to check for evidence of stones in the bladder. I hope this is helpful!
