What is on my cats face :( its been there for months

I would get that checked by your vet. I don't know how old your cat is, but older cats will develop moles or warts that are benign usually. If it has been there without any rapid changes, I would be less concerned if he is an older cat, but it is still worth getting checked. If it suddenly changes size, color, or texture of starts to bleed, get him seen right away.
