Hello, we have a 20 months female boxer, iris. We recently saw 1 really little white dot, one in each eye. What could this be? Greetings from Greece !!

It is hard to say from a picture, but little white dots on the surface of the eye can be cause by lipid deposits. An exam with a vet should be able to determine what is going on. Here is an article with more info: https://www.northwestanimaleye.com/corneal-lipidosis.pml
