My bearded dragon is hiding after being scared. How do I get her out?

Question

We let our bearded dragon out to sunbath and she saw birds and started feeling threatened. She then stuck out her beard and ran inside our house. She went inside a small encloser next to our dishwasher and will not come out. We put food out but no luck. Pet's info: Reptile | Bearded Dragon | Female | 1 year old | 2 lbs

Thanks for reaching out about Juliet and including photos. You can luring her out with live mealworms as the movement of the worms might draw her attention. Otherwise, you might have to dismantle some cabinets. Be care if pulling. Good luck.
