My active dog has a lung spot. Could it be cancer without symptoms?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 64 lbs

Kakadu 11 YR. LAB been on Theophylline 300 mg. 2x a day for 3 days. Bronchitis. And Guaf/Dextro/Hy (unknown strength for cough) Vet saw a small area of what SHE called “condensation”. TRANSPARENT. NOT SOLID WHITE. NO SOLID WHITE SPOTS, ETC.. Radiologist called it a "lesion". Didn't rule out the "C" word. That has me scared. He is TOTALLY active, good appetite, playful. NO SYMPTOMS (vomiting, weight loss, breathing, lethargy, etc.) Being on the Guaf/Dextro/Hy his cough subsided greatly. With his

Hello. I know that any spot on the lung is of concern, but if there are no symptoms & he is improving on the medications, I would think this going to be a healing lesion. Doing follow up radiographs are very important to make sure the lesion is indeed resolving. I am very hopeful that Kakadu does not have cancer.
