My potbelly pig's ears look infected. How can I help her?

This looks like an ear infection - may be due to yeast or bacteria or both. You really should consult with your veterinarian on this issue. It looks pretty severe so she will probably need some prescription medication to get this to clear up. In the meantime you can try an over the counter ear cleaner daily to help clean out the ear canal although this will not likely clear up the infection entirely.
