My dog's testicles are black, big, and hanging low. Is it normal?

I have a 2 years old male yellow labrador. His tasticles are black and big not swollen but his scrotum hangs a bit lower so it looks big. I dont have a vet near me, so is it normal? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 61 lbs

The picture does not show anything concerning but I would continue to monitor for any sweliing or discomfort which may indicate a painful infection or assymetry which can indicate a tumour. Rapid increase in size can occur with scrotal hernias which although rare are a surgical emergency.
