My pug's eye wrinkles are hairless and crusty. Is it an infection?

Hello, I am concerned with my pugs wrinkles. Recently I noticed that the top part of the wrinkle right in the eye is hairless. It’s not super red, doesn’t have a order that I notice, it any drainage. She also has some spots around her eye that is crusty. Her eyes since I have gotten her are watery but I was told that is normal for pugs. I’m not sure if the tears created the heat loss or it is an infection. She doesn’t itch her Face excessively. Her eyes itself seem normal with no drainage.

A photo may be helpful. Face wrinkles in Pugs can become infected pretty easily. Ideally, take her to your vet for an exam. She may need oral antibiotics or a topical prescription medication. It may help keep it at bay in the future if you use some medicated wipes to gently clean her face and skin folds. These are great: https://www.douxo.com/us/douxo-solutions/douxo-chlorhexidine/Pads They are typically only sold through veterinarians, though you can likely find them on amazon.
