Why is my cat's belly bloated, weak, and having trouble walking?

hey there,first of all, thank you for taking the time to answer my question . its about my cat,male,almost 2 years,his belly is bloated and he has trouble walking and looks very weak.i cant figure out what it is.the vet told to give him a digestive enzymes(eplazyme) and an anti worm but he has not gotten better.could you please tell me what it is.if you need more information just tell me and I'll send it

Poor Mac! These symptoms could be caused by many different things, so it sounds like he needs some diagnostic testing to help determine what's wrong. I would start with some general blood work (CBC and chemistry panel) and abdominal x-rays, and go from there depending on what is found. If this wasn't done at your last vet visit, I would recommend taking him back in for further testing or getting a second opinion from another veterinarian in your area. I hope you're able to get some answers as to what's wrong with your kitty.
