My dog's gums are pale and cold, and he's not eating. Is it an emergency?

My dog’s mouth is cold not as pink as usual and he is not eating.

Poor Pinon! It could be he is sick, but I'm concerned that his mouth is not as pink as usual. It could mean bleeding in his body is occurring or he is not getting enough oxygen. I would take him into a vet immediately to get checked out. Best of luck.
