My dog barks and bites. How can I stop this aggressive behavior?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 22 lbs
can someone please give me advice my dog barks at everyone.not only that but bites what can i do i got him nutered n still hes the same wht can i do? this picture u have is the breed hes mixed

You need to consult with a professional, in-home dog trainer. This is not a quick fix and if you don't curb this behavior now he may seriously injure someone. This is not something that you are likely to fix on your own. You must realize at some point you need to consult a professional. I personally like Bark Busters but I am not endorsing them in any way. You have a few really serious behaviour issues going on here, ranging from what sounds like separation anxiety to leash aggression. To be completely honest you have a lot of work ahead and I think your best course of action is to work with an animal behaviourist.
