My dog is vomiting, won't eat, tired, and won't play. What's wrong?

My dog is vomiting every 2 hours or so , he refuses to eat , he seems really tired , and uninterested in playing. These symptoms started yesterday around 6pm and around 8pm I tired feeding him once again and he did eat, around 4am he threw it up , what is happening to my dog? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 2 months and 20 days old

It sounds as Gekyume is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
