Why is my puppy losing hair, itching, dandruff, and odd poop?

My dog got vaccinated approx 2 weeks before .i m giving one boiled egg to him every alternate day .. and mostly i give him rice wheat, ,vegetables like boiled potato , raw carrots, raw cucumber ,raw beetroots ,raw tomato . But his hairs are falling since day first he is having dandruff problems, due to itiching he scratched his body and rashes are there on his one leg near the neck region . How to stop hairfall? He does sometimes black stool sonetimes brow and yellow too .what's happening? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 months and 28 days old | 5 lbs

Your dog should be on puppy food for at least the first year of his life. I worry that he's not getting the right balance of nutrient in the diet you're giving him now and that can lead to a number of health problems now and in the future.
