Hello, I was given this paper with vaccine information when I picked up my first puppy. What exactly has he been vaccinated for and what vaccines do you recommend he get? Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 20 days old | 13 lbs

It looks like Shep has gotten two doses of a DHPPi combination shot, and a Neopar vaccine at five weeks, which would have had no effect on him (he was too young for it). He needs another DHPPi combination shot as well as rabies. The next DHPPi combination shot should be given four weeks after the last one, so it should be done 5/13/19. You can get his rabies vaccine done at 12 weeks of age. I hope this helps!
