My sheep has two protrusions on her throat which look like teats. What are they?

Hello. Honestly, these look like aberrant mammary glands. You may want to have your vet take a look at this in case removal is necessary. It is impossible to tell if these will develop as normal mammary glands or if they are even functional, but I would imagine that if they did develop as functional glands, it would be very difficult for this animal to manage.
