Why is my 5-month beagle puppy shivering, seizing, and peeing blood?

My 5 mnth female beagle Today afternoon around 3pm while in sleep she started shivering once after sometime she showed signs of ? Seizure? Aspiration there came froth from her mouth and whole episode lasted for few seconds last night she developed increase frequency of micturation and slight blood tinged urine, shown local vet gave antibiotics now she is on t. Clindamycin, t. Azithromycin now she is perfectly ok but don't now what will be her condition tomorrow. We are extremely worried help us

I am so sorry that your pet is having weird episodes of what sounds like a possible seizure and now bloody urine. I am not sure if your vet tested her urine to confirm that she also has a UTI, but I assume that is the case since antibiotics were given. I would be concerned about any underlying imbalances that can lead to seizures such as a liver shunt, so bloodwork analysis would be the next best step for Winter. If she does have an underlying condition like a liver shunt, then this should be treated for in order to manage both her condition and also her seizures. Some pets have idiopathic (no underlying cause) for seizures, but due to her young age, I am highly suspicious of a congenital cause. I hope that you are able to get to the bottom of things soon!
