My 10-month-old bulldog has a penis "blood blister." What is it?

My 10 month old English bull dog has what looks like a blood blister on the end of his penis but not sure what it is. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 14 days old

I’m not sure if you meant to post a photo but there is not one. Dogs don’t generally get blood blisters. Something like an infection or mass would be more common. I recommend to either have it checked out by his veterinarian or you may try to repost with a photo and we will try it onbe of assistance. I hope this helps.
