My dog has a rash, itching, and fur loss after rabies shot. What now?

After the antirabies injection my pet has developed rashed over his body and its increasing. These are itching and the fur is thus vanishing from tha very place. Its been 1week now and the thing is spreading .i have applied one creamand it turned the place black but i cant be applied in whole body so if you can suggest any medicine i will be gratefull. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 5 months and 19 days old
