Poor Sir Bentley! Without being able to see exactly what's going on, I really can't say what might be causing this - this sounds like a very unusual problem. It's definitely not normal to have fluid leaking from the rear legs, so I would recommend taking him to the vet today for an exam. He/she can do some additional diagnostic testing if needed to help determine what's wrong and get him started on appropriate treatment.
