My cat is bleeding and I think she may be pregnant she’s been hiding all day and growling at everyone but it’s been like 6 hours and there’s still no kittens? Is it possible she ate them? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Hi ! She could be having troubles giving birth, kittens could have died and be still in her tummy, does she look like she has given birth and her tummy is not distended anymore ? If so she could have more likely hidden the kittens rather than eaten them.
