My dog ate over 100 CBD treats. Is this toxic? What should I do?

Hello. I am more concerned about the glucosamine content of these chews. Very large doses have been associated with acute liver injury, so if Layla ingested the chews in the past 2 hours, you should get her to an emergency vet for decontamination & possibly started on IV fluids to minimize possible damage. If the chews were ingested more than 2 hours ago, you should still see a veterinarian where activated charcoal may be administered to try & minimize absorption of the glucosamine & to have her liver values monitored over the next few days. Most dogs will do well, but this does need veterinary attention as soon as possible. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
