Hi , A homeless cat roaming around the house has developped some kind of a sack around his neck ,few days later that sack has exploded leaving a white jellow liquid mixed with blood ,after that the cat started to scratch that area with his legs until no haire remained ,the cat obviously became frail ,with less energy ,i just want to help this cat ,thanks. It looks like this little girl has a bite wound. I would recommend trapping the cat and bringing it to a shelter if one is available. I would be cautious about touching her just in case the animal that bit her had rabies. She need veterinary care, this is not something you can take care of at home.
