I recommend to have Izzy examined by her veterinarian today. Dogs who are in heat will have a bloody discharge that is usually very light colored. Infections in the uterus can be severe and even fatal if not treated quickly so it’s best to have her checked for this today. Cancer and vaginitis are also possible. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.

This could be a urinary tract infection or a tumor, bladder stones and other condition. You should take Izzy to a vet for an exam and urinalysis and a blood test (checking kidney values , etc.). If there is a UTI or kidney infection she will need prescription antibiotics. Depending on the diagnosis, other therapy may be needed.

I would recommend taking Ginger to a veterinarian and having blood work and a urinalysis performed on her. She can have anything from kidney disease to a urinary tract infection. If the blood work is normal or they cannot find a cause for this I would potentially recommend an ultrasound of her urinary tract if she is having issues urinating. When animal urinate in small frequent amounts and they have trouble it can be something simple like a urinary tract infection but it can also be a bladder stone or even a mass in her bladder.
