My dog (German shepard) has a big wound on his neck cause of Leopard's bitting. i dont understand what to do? please help me imediately.

Yes, you can. The area must be clipped and disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths (twice daily). Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking (if any).
