My 11 month old puppy hasn’t been wanting to eat and I mixed her dry food with wet food she ate but after she threw it all up. I think she has an upset stomached. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 3 days old | 8.8 lbs

That does sound like an upset stomach. If the vomiting only happened once, you can try offering a bland meal of boiled chicken and rice to try and settle Cloe's stomach, however if she can't keep anything down, or has been ill for more than a day, it would be best to bring her to a vet to rule out issues such as parasite, GI upset, illnesses, infections, etc, that could be causing it.
