My dog has Wobblers. What are the best non-surgical treatment options?

My 6.5 year old Great Dane is now showing severe signs of Wobblers. What treatments are the best choices other than surgery? Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 5 months old | 120 lbs

Has your guy seen a neurologist? This would be the best person to assess your guy and help with a treatment plan. I have attached a link below that may also help. In general a lot of medical therapy is centered on pain management/anti inflammatories and avoiding anything around the neck.
