My newly adopted puppy hasn't peed in 20 hours. Is this normal?

We just adopted Ruby yesterday. So it's been about 20 hours and even though she has been taken outside several times, she has not peed. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 5 days old

I wouldn’t be too worried just yet. She is probably very nervous and just getting used to her new surroundings. Continue giving her plenty of chances to potty outside and offer her lots of fresh water and food. Just be patient with her and she will come around. Congratulations on your new addition.
