Why is my 4-month-old kitten lethargic, has diarrhea, and arches back?

My 4 month old kitten, isnt acting him self his opening his bowels quite a lot and the last couple of movements have been liquidated, his arching his back and not very active. Is there anything you could give us advice with? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 1 day old
