Hello, and thanks for your question. Liver cysts can be painful, depending on their size, what they may be compressing nearby, and whether they're causing an inflammatory reaction from the body. But they're not always. If you're concerned that Raju is painful, I recommend talking to your vet about what medications might be given safely, depending on Raju's current liver function.
