My 4 month old female pit puppy yesterday ate some deodorant and later that day started showing signs of fatigue and not wanting to eat or drink today she is showing increased signs of fatigue and not wanting to eat or drink but is not showing signs of dehydration and I was wanting to know if her having ate the deodorant would cause the symptoms that she's showing or if it is parvo as she has not had her most recent parvo shot

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Baby. Regardless of the cause of her symptoms, she should see her veterinarian. Hydration can happen quickly in young puppies and requires treatment. Parvovirus infection is unfortunately very common in her breed. So I suspect her veterinarian will test her stool for the virus. Based on these results, her veterinarian will determine if it is an infection or the deodorant that is to blame for the signs. I hope this information helps!
