Why is my senior Chihuahua coughing blood, congested, and tired?

Hello my name is Talina, I have an 11-year-old Chihuahua his name is Poncho for the past week he has been almost like choking on phlegm last night little blood in the phlegm i will attach a pic. he seems to be drowsy a little tired but his spirits are high. he also is very congested in his nose I was wondering what it could be? may be allergies but I don’t know. if anyone help me that’d be great. thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 11 years old | 4 lbs

Hi Talina. I'm sorry Pancho isn't well. It could be he has a severe respiratory infection but it could also be that he has heart disease causing this problem. I would have him checked out by a vet today. Best of luck.
