My adopted puppy's vaccine document is confusing. What shots are next?

Good Afternoon, My puppy, Cali, needs her vaccines but I'm unsure of how to read the document that were given to me upon adoption so I can determine which are the vaccines that are needed. Please help! Larissa Abreu

Hello, and thanks for your question. I agree, this document is quite confusing! It looks like Cali has been dewormed a few times and received her DHPP (distemper/parvovirus combination) on 3/16 and again on 3/28. This vaccine should be boostered every 3-4 weeks until after 16 weeks of age. Cali will also need her rabies vaccine between 12-16 weeks of age. Your vet can discuss what other vaccines are recommended for your area and Cali’s exposure risk. Hope this helps!
