Is my homemade rice, chicken, veggie mix good for puppies and mom?

I feed my dogs with ( boiled rice,ground chiken,carrots and potatoes) i boil them together. Is this okay to feed my 42 days puppies and their 13 months old mother? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 1 month and 11 days old
