My cockatiel has green poop, closed eyes, won't eat. What to do?

Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Female | 1 year and 5 months old

Dear Dr. My 2 Yr old cockatiel is sick since a week.(greenish loose stools, tucked in head, fatigue) Looks like psittacosis.today her eyes r completely closed.not taking any feed.tried with syringe and failed. Since last evening started on doxy 25mg od.but she doesn't take in completely. Spits it out.triwd to add multivitamin syrup to her water. No use. Unfortunately I don't find a Vet in my zone. Kindly give ur valuable suggestion. U help is much appreciated. Thank u Dr. Sajid.MD(Physician)

Thanks for reaching out about Susi and including photos. Other diseases can cause greenish stool, anything that affects liver function. AS you probably know, psittacosis is zoonotic. Veterinarians can sometimes have access to injectable doxycycline, since won't take orally. Gavage feeding the medications and food could also be beneficial and a veterinarian can assist with the technique. You might have to travel further is an avian veterinarian is not in your vicinity, as this bird sounds critical. Good luck.
