My cat lost fur from a fight. Will his hair grow back after scratches?

Last night my male cat visited to neighbour and the neighbour male cat and my cat had fight. My little cat get scratch on his neck and head and face.He lost his fur too.i wanna know that Will the lost far from scratch grow back again?Please check his photos

Yes, it will grow back again. All the scratches seem to be superficial so disinfection will be possibly enough and can be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths.
