My puppy's baby teeth aren't falling out. Do they need to be pulled?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 1 day old | 53 lbs

six month black lab. New canine teeth are coming in beside the baby teeth and they are not following out. Just wait or do they have to be pulledd?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Labs very rarely have retained by teeth so give it another few weeks and they are likely to fall right out. If there are still baby teeth at about a year of age, they can be removed. Best wishes to you and Shiner!

    I wouldn't pull them, they will fall out on their own. Puppies typically do swallow their baby teeth, and that's absolutely fine and normal. No harm will come to her from swallowing her baby teeth :-)
