My puppy recovered from parvo, now has green fluid poop. Is it back?

Its been a week My pup has recovered from parvo her poop had became firm but from yesterday she has get greenish fluid poop is that parvo again or what need help. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 3 months old | 120 lbs

Poor Katy. If she had fully recovered from parvo, the likelihood she has it again is rare. Typically dogs are immune to parvo after they get it and recover. It could be she has a problem like a GI illness or intestinal worms. I'd have her checked out by a vet today. Best of luck.
