My dog is shaking, throwing up, and lethargic. What should I do?

Dog is shaking for several hours now and threw up his food. Did not find anything abnormal in the vomit. Definitely does not have his normal energy. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | neutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 11 lbs

Hi shaking can be a vague sign, of having a temperature or being in pain, or something more specific like having eaten mouldy food for example. I would try to offer Bruce some light diet, and monitor over the next few hours. Hope this helps.
