My dog isn't eating his food for a week. What's wrong with him?

He is not eating his food since a week. He only eats 1/4 of his daily diet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 35 lbs

Bee is experiencing a very general symptom of disease, this symptom could fit almost any internal condition, maybe he is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptom described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking him to the vet as soon as possible in order to get him checked, if he doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with him.
