My dog is vomiting, has bloody poop, weak, and pale. Is it urgent?

Hello, I have a dog that is o e year old, and she has been very ill. On Saturday April 20, she threw up 4 times, then on Sunday April 21, she pooped watery blood. She had been weak and doesnt want to move, when ever I pick her up to her paws she lays back down into a resting position. Her eyes are watery and her gums are a very low faint of pink. Her breathing is low and slow. I hope you can help me. And thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 20 days old | 3 lbs
