My cat is weak, struggling to breathe, and in pain. What should I do?

Hello my name is Tatiana and I have a cat a small orange tabby cat I don't really know how old he is cuz he was a stray before I got them couple of months ago I think he's sick but I don't really know he's sneezing he's having a hard time breathing he has a lot of weakness he can barely stand up on his own everytime I move him or try to move him to fast he meows like he's in pain I also think he has a fever so I put a wet towel on him he doesn't seem to care please help I'm really worried about. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | 11 lbs

Hi Tatiana. I agree Sunshine sounds very sick, and I think he needs immediate vet care. I would consider this a medical emergency. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
