My spayed dog is shivering, vomiting, and whining. Is she okay?

Hi, my dog recently got spayed on Wednesday. Last night I got home around 11pm and noticed she was shivering/shaking, but I just assumed she was excited to see me. About 10 minutes later she vomited. She has been shivering/shaking and very whiney since then. Should I be concerned?

Her incision looks pretty good, but I would definitely get her seen by your vet right away since her condition has not improved since you got home and she vomited. Better to be safe and make sure there's nothing going on than wait and there be a problem, post-surgical or otherwise.
