My cat drinks lots of water with dry food. Are toppers enough protein?

Is it normal that she drinks alot of water she mainly eats dry food I try to make her eat wet food but she doesnt like it I thought of buying her the food toppers would that be enough protien in the food toppers and if she eats dry food too. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 7 months and 9 days old | 4.4 lbs
